Current Openings:
Laborer
Support sitework crews with daily jobsite tasks, including site preparation, pipe handling, material movement, cleanup, and assisting operators and installers. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, organized work environment and following the direction of the lead foreman. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are essential. Previous construction experience is helpful but not required.
Operator
Operate excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other heavy equipment for septic installations, sitework, and construction projects. Responsibilities include precision digging and grading, reading site plans, performing routine equipment maintenance, and communicating with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently. Equipment operating experience and knowledge of sitework practices are preferred.
CDL Driver
Transport equipment, materials, and supplies safely between jobsites, suppliers, and company locations. Responsibilities include operating dump trucks, hauling materials, loading and unloading equipment, performing daily vehicle inspections, and assisting crews as needed. A valid CDL, dependable work habits, and a strong commitment to safety are essential.
Mechanic
Maintain, diagnose, and repair company equipment, trucks, and machinery to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing repairs, and managing parts and service needs. Experience with heavy equipment, diesel engines, hydraulics, and construction machinery is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
